A selection of work across media production, technical systems, and hands-on making. Detailed case studies are being assembled from the working archive.

Media production

Corporate video, live and hybrid events, motion graphics, animation, post-production, and production workflows built for real delivery conditions.

Systems and operations

Digital infrastructure, production systems, repeatable processes, and practical applications of AI that reduce friction without hiding the underlying work.

Making and prototyping

Technical design, 3D printing, radio control, mechanical problem-solving, and personal projects where ideas meet materials.

2006-2013 Stereoscopic 3D

Haptics S3D and cinema delivery

Seven years as Stereoscopic/3D Technical Director and Animator joined creative production to the complete technical path: stereoscopic acquisition, projection planning, 3D rendering, compositing, cinema-server delivery, showreels, and presentation systems. The reconstructed archive contains work for cinema, broadcast, brands, live presentation, and experimental 3D production.

Role: Stereoscopic/3D technical direction, animation, production systems, and cinema delivery within Haptics.

Haptics 2D showreel, 2012Motion design, animation, compositing, and commercial production from the period.
Haptics 3D showreel, 2012A stereoscopic presentation of the studio's 3D production work.
Haptics 3D showreel, 2010Earlier stereoscopic work showing the technical and creative range of the studio.
February 2013 Front projection

Front-projection camera rig

A rapid technical-development sequence spanning proof of concept, paired projection hardware, camera integration, physical rig construction, and two shoot days. The dated archive records the project from initial tests on 22 February through build and production work on 23-24 February 2013.

Role: Projection-system development, camera integration, physical prototyping, and on-set testing.

April 2013 Physical prototyping

Chroma projection rig

A purpose-built projection rig developed from a measured hand sketch through material preparation and fabrication to a completed working frame. The surviving album documents the practical sequence clearly: define the geometry, prepare the components, assemble, and test the physical result.

Role: Technical design, fabrication planning, and hands-on build.

30 July 2013 Editorial photography

EFC Africa 21 fight-night photography

A 350-frame event set produced during Warwick's time as Video and Media Producer at DO IT NOW Magazine. Shot through the cage under arena lighting, the sequence required clean timing, workable sightlines, and enough coverage to carry both the athletic action and the live-event atmosphere.

Role: Event photography and media production for DO IT NOW Magazine.

2014-2018 Production system

Pulse Works production foundation

A sustained body of video, photography, motion graphics, event coverage, automotive media, and post-production work. The curated history records 276 project rows from 2014-2017 alone, followed by projects including BMW Mini and Jaguar Land Rover VMS work, live-event media, 3D screen tests, and commercial animation.

Role: Founder, producer, editor, motion designer, and production-system builder.

March 2015 Studio production

My Taal is Musiek studio shoot

A compact multi-camera studio setup for recorded artist performances, with lighting, audio, camera monitoring, and the practical production layer visible in the surviving photographs. Original photo metadata dates the session to 4 March 2015; the archived call-sheet thread confirms Warwick as the on-set production contact.

Role: On-set production and camera support within the Brandboom team.

28 August 2015 Live music production

Fokofpolisiekar at RAD

Coverage of Fokofpolisiekar's Skyn Heilig beer launch at RAD in Centurion combined still photography, videography, recording, and live-to-screen production. The project archive contains 2,686 records across Lightroom, Canon 600D, Panasonic HPX250, Facebook-output, ingest, and editing lanes.

Maroela Media published selected photographs and explicitly credited Warwick Soar alongside Henno Kruger Photography, providing independent editorial confirmation of the work.

Evidence: Dated project archive, production invoice, original camera and post-production records, and an independent published photo credit.

Films and reels

Three public uploads from Warwick's own channel provide direct moving-image evidence across technical 3D production, motion design, and character animation.

Evidence: Public, processed YouTube uploads retained with original IDs and publication records in the archive.

2024-2025 AGM visual system

FoodBev SETA AGM media, via PriFactor

An end-to-end event visual system spanning event look and feel, invitations and CRM assets, holding slides, programme graphics, lower thirds, walk-in material, transitions, end slates, and video integration. The work demonstrates how many individual assets become one coherent screen experience.

Evidence of value: The delivery model was retained across consecutive AGM cycles, with visual design, motion graphics, and video integration supplied through PriFactor.
